PRODUCT STAYS COLD 20-40 MINUTES AND CAN BE PLACED IN THE FREEZER. PRODUCT STAYS HOT 20-30 MINUTES AND CAN BE WARMED IN EITHER A CONVIENTIONAL OVEN OR MICROWAVE.
