Placing an Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for payment. All transactions are processed on a secure server for your safety. An order made on this site will provide you with an order confirmation. If you place your order over the phone, an order confirmation will be emailed shortly afterwards showing your total and shipping address.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and prices on our website or in our literature are accurate, mistakes may occasionally happen. We reserve the right to cancel any order where any such mistake has occurred, even after we have accepted such an order. Gift Baskets Return Policy

Please contact us immediately if a change in your order is necessary. We can make changes to items that have not yet shipped. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt of purchase excluding gifts containing perishable items.

Gifts ordered on our site are always shipped out in perfect condition however, due to means beyond our control, occasionally gift items may be damaged during shipment. In this case, please contact us right away so we can schedule a pickup of the damaged item and send a replacement.

Medical Supply Return Policy

To return an item, please call 1-800-650-6860 for a Return Authorization (RA) Number within 30 days of purchase. Ship returned goods to 1stTheBest, Inc. by traceable means. Mark the “RA” Number on the outside of the protective box. Full credit is issued for regularly stocked items ordered in error when returned in resalable condition and free of retail tags. Items accepted for return after 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted 120 days after shipping. Special order items are not returnable.

*Please report any shipping discrepancy or damage within 48 hours of receipt. Note any freight damage on delivering carrier’s bill of lading at time of delivery.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York state. The rate is 8.875%. If you are out of New York State you will not be charged tax.
